○ Achieving specific results may require additional sessions and/or services
○ All services show a starting price and may increase for reasons including but not limited to hair length, texture, additional services rendered, and experience level
○ Any service performed on extensions requires an initial consultation before booking
○ Services for clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honored at Fox & Jane’s discretion
○ We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed
CANCELLATIONS
○ Any/all cancellations or modifications must be made with a minimum of 24 hours notice
○ Any cancellations or modifications with less than 24 hours notice are considered a Late Cancellation
○ Late cancellations or No Shows will be subject to a fee of 50% of the total cost of your scheduled appointment
○ For any future services after a Late Cancellation or No Show, you may be subject to a non-refundable 50% deposit
○ Appointment confirmations are provided via SMS and email 5 days, 3 days, and 48 hours before an appointment
○ Failing to confirm any appointment does not count as a cancellation
ADJUSTMENTS
○ Service adjustments must be requested within 2 weeks of the original service
○ Additional charges may apply
○ To request a service adjustment, contact us directly via email or phone
GIFT CARDS
○ Available in physical and electronic options based on location
○ Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
○ Gift cards do not expire unless otherwise specified
